shipped through FEDEX. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and sometimes an additional 3 days for custom orders, inspection and processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your FEDEX store and file a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on hair that has been used. We guarantee you that we offer top quality hair. Please make sure you ordered the right thing before checkout. We only offer exchanges if the wrong order was sent to you.
